国家鞋材及鞋产品质量监督检验中心（广东）简介
国家鞋材及鞋产品质量监督检验中心（广东）位于“中国女鞋生产基地”——广东省惠东县，2020年1月19日经国家市场监督管理总局批准成立。该中心是全国第五个、也是迄今为止唯一一个落户在县级行政区域的国家级鞋类产品质检中心。
国家鞋检中心占地面积11826.9平方米，总投资7500多万元，配备有安捷伦、赛默飞世尔、岛津等国际一线品牌化学分析设备数十台和徕卡三维超景深视频显微镜（用于皮革材质分析）、低温耐折试验机、动态止滑试验机、整鞋吸湿透湿性试验机等鞋类物理性能检测设备三百余台，通过中国合格评定国家认可委员会（CNAS）国家实验室认可和中国国家认证认可监督管理委员会国家级资质认定（CMA）/授权（CAL）的检验检测能力290项，包含皮鞋、童鞋、旅游鞋、胶鞋、休闲鞋等29个鞋产品和鞋面用皮革、牛皮纤维革、聚氯乙烯人造革、聚氨酯合成革及鞋底、鞋楦、钢勾心、鞋钉、金属饰扣等31个鞋材产品的产品标准以及按照GB、QB、ISO、ASTM、EN等国内国际鞋类标准检测项目/参数230项，100%覆盖行业重点产品及关键项目。
国家鞋检中心集检测检验平台、研发中试平台、标准汇集与制修订平台、检验技术研究与检测方法制修订平台、高端人才吸聚平台、专业技术人员培训平台等作用于一身，可为鞋企提供从产品研发、原材料把关到终端产品质检等全过程、全产业链的第三方高端检测技术服务，为国际、国内采购商提供公正、权威的验货检测服务，为促进地方制鞋产业转型升级提供强有力的技术支撑。

National Quality inspection & Testing center on shoe Material and Footwear(Guang Dong) (hereafter refer to as “the Center”)Located in "China Women's Shoes Production Base", Huidong County, Guangdong Province, was established by the State Administration for Market Regulation on January 19, 2020. The Center is the fifth national footwear quality inspection center and also so far the only one located in the county administrative region.
The Center covers an area of 11,826.9 square meters, with a total investment of more than 75 million yuan, and equipped with dozens of international first-line brand chemical analysis equipment such as Agilent, ThermoFisher and SHIMADZU so on, and optical equipment like Leica 3D depth of field video microscope (for leather analysis), and more than 300 footwear physical performance testing equipment like low temperature resistance folding test machine, dynamic non-slip testing machine, full shoe moisture absorption testing machine, etc. About 290 tests have passed the national Laboratory accreditation of China National Accreditation Service for Conformity Assessment (CNAS) and national Qualification Accreditation (CMA)/Authorization (CAL) of China Certification and Accreditation Administration, including 29 kinds of shoes products like leather shoes, children's shoes, sneakers, rubber shoes, casual shoes etc. and 31 shoes material products like shoe upper leather, cowhide fiber leather, PVC leather, PU synthetic leather and sole, shoe tree, shanks, shoe nail, metal buckle etc., and 230 test items/parameters of international footwear standards in accordance with GB, QB, ISO, ASTM. All these test items are able to cover 100% of key products and key projects about the footwear industry.
The Center sets a collection of detection test platform, research and development system, standard and platform, testing technology research and testing and revising law revision platform, high-end talent attraction platform, professional and technical personnel training platform, and so on, and is able to provide a third party high-end testing technology services of the entire process and whole industry chain for shoemakers from the product research and development, raw materials control to the terminal products quality inspection, and provide a strong technical support and an authority and a fair of the inspection testing services for international and domestic buyers. At the same time the Center can also offer a strong technical support to promote transformation and upgrading for local shoemaking industry.
